DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL PUESTO

Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, Product Cost, the individual will support the Global Sourcing and Supply Chain organizations by providing financial analysis, reporting, and insights to inform sourcing decisions and improve cost, efficiency, and risk management. this role partners closely with cross functional teams, serving as a key contributor to sourcing analytics, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.


FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES

  • Lead the alignment of sourcing strategies with sustainability, compliance, and business objectives under the guidance of the FP&A Lead, Product Cost
  • Own and evolve analytics frameworks to evaluate product and factory-level costs, including comparison against market and macroeconomic trends
  • Drive identification, tracking, and realization of cost-saving initiatives, ensuring accountability and visibility at seasonal and annual levels
  • Lead financial analysis related to customs and duty optimization initiatives, including support of first-sale programs, working closely with senior finance partners and functional subject-matter experts
  • Own the development and enhancement of cost-to-serve analysis to better understand the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Sourcing organization
  • Contribute financial insights to help identify opportunities for sourcing, process, and operating model improvements
  • Support the sourcing vendor evaluation process by preparing financial analyses and risk assessments of vendors and tier 2 suppliers using internal data and third-party information
  • Partner with Raw Materials Procurement leadership to oversee financial tracking and analysis of fabric and raw material liabilities, including prepayments and potential write-offs
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc analyses focused on sourcing and supply chain optimization, delivering clear, actionable outputs
  • Leverage advanced Business Analytics tools, Artificial Intelligence, and bots to transform large datasets into actionable insights, enhance and modernize existing reports through AI enabled analysis, and support proactive, forward looking decision making
  • Provide leadership in reporting and analysis, delivering high-quality, insight-driven outputs, identifying key variance drivers, and influencing strategic actions


EXPERIENCIA, COMPETENCIAS Y CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or any business-related discipline
  • Professional qualification, such as Qualified Accountant or CFA, is a strong plus
  • Minimum 6-8 years of combined Accounting & Financial Planning experience in Multinational Corporations, with exposure to supply chain or sourcing functions preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, flexible and a can-do attitude
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is highly desirable
  • Effective communication skill and excellence interpersonal skill, with the ability to influence and build strong cross-functional relationships
