We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our new Copenhagen store team. This role is perfect for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional retail experiences and driving sales performance. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in our exciting new Copenhagen location.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for all customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well-organized and appealing.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers.
  • Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Participate in store events and promotional activities as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

ZKUŠENOSTI, DOVEDNOSTI A ZNALOSTI

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Fluency in Danish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury retail environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
