Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced and inspirational Retail Supervisor to join our team. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership:

  • Support the store management team in daily operations
  • Lead by example on the sales floor
  • Guide and motivate team members during your shift
  • Assist in training new team members

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support the team in achieving daily sales targets
  • Handle customer queries and basic issue resolution
  • Maintain product knowledge and share with team members

Operations:

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Support stock replenishment and merchandising
  • Help maintain store presentation standards
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed during your shift

Team Support:

  • Act as point of contact when management is unavailable
  • Support staff coverage during breaks
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
  • Help coordinate team activities during your shift


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

 
  • Passionate, and results-driven team player
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Have supervised a team
  • Premium or Luxury retail preferred but not essential 
  • Fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
