Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional (38 - 32 hours a week) to support the team with our new store opening at the Mall of the Netherlands. In this position you'll;
- embrace the Customer service model and drive positive behaviors around the company focus areas;
- deliver the business initiatives to support the brand business vision and increase productivity;
- lead & develop the team to deliver the RL Selling Culture;
- execute the Brand Presentation guidelines to further enhance the RL Selling Culture.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated level of service and experience to all customers in store and via outreach
- Participate in online sales platforms and digital sales
- Promote and leverage other in- store services available to customers, including but not limited to: Alterations, Gift cards, Personalization, Delivery service, Transfers, Holds, Private appointments, Ralph Lauren Home, on- line and digital services and other store locations
- Remain up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaigns within the local and wider community.
- Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren Brand Image directives and standards, including but not limited to: Daily stock maintenance and Folding standards, Replenishment, Product transfers, New product launches and Seasonal floor changeovers
- Assist customers in all areas of the customer journey
- Actively participate and contribute to store Brilliant briefs and training
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced experience in retail sales and service
- Consistently acquires, develops and retains customer relationships
- Strong performer across all sales platforms including progressive ways of selling
- Contributes to store sales objective as well as achieving personal sales goals
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Exhibits pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the Ralph Lauren expectations
- Identifies and acts on self-development opportunities to improve performance
