Position Overview
Responsible for executing overall operations to be aligned with APAC/Global creative logistics operations/processes in collaboration with different functional teams as a supply chain focal point. Takes charge of overall inventory, storage, transportation, vendor and KPI management for Non merchandise item.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

50 % | - Be a key SC coordination point towards the business for all creative logistics operations & processes such as prop & package material - Supervise creative logistics operations and service providers - Contact point for creative teams for any ad-hoc activities and urgent shipment arrangement - Search delivery service providers to better support the business and develop capacity if required - Follow up project plan for RL new stores’ opening and closure - Develop and produce operational reports as required |
| 40 % | - Manage on time delivery and arrange transportation - Provide pick up and shipping instruction to the delivery company - Check and validate invoice from service provider before payment - Make sure service provider provide sufficient manpower and equipment - Update inventory list on a regular basis |
| 10 % | - Provide onsite logistics support for RL store opening and closure - Coordinate with different functional teams to work on creative items’ in-store and installation schedule - Supervise service providers to provide requested logistics services such as pick-up, collect, pack and unpack when onsite support |
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- +5 years experiences in logistics especially in warehouse operation and transportation
- Forklift driving experience preferred
- Think conceptually and develop tactical solutions; a creative problem solver
- English ability, both written and spoken
- Interpersonal, communication and collaboration skill
- Documenting & Reporting skill
