Position Overview

This role is to support the Ralph Lauren business community in enterprise wide projects including all aspects of Global Procurement, Record to Report, Tax, Treasury and Accounts Receivable.    This Analyst will serve as an organizational change agent by defining needs and driving solutions that deliver value to our key stakeholders.  They will identify cost optimization opportunities and execute to realize identified value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep knowledge of the business partner’s business unit and build positive relationship development, both horizontally and vertically
  • Model and improve business processes
  • Discover underlying business needs related to project requirements, organize and document clearly and completely
  • Serve as translator of business needs to technical teams
  • Perform other activities such as managing the project, testing the solution, obtaining signoff from business
  • Ensure business value realization and optimization, from value plans through consultancy, business case development, financial awareness, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to add value

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Highly motivated, committed, effective and supportive team member, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
  • Ability to explain complex data in a clear and meaningful way
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP RTR or similar ERP; experience with SAP OTC, P2P a plus
  • Proven ability to organize schedules and meet shifting prioritiesPossess and understanding of principles of Accounting practices, using various tools for tracking and monitoring performance
  • Proven ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interact with IT resources when technology roles and capabilities are required to facilitate any and all aspects of the initiative
  • Creative problem-solving skills - must be able to think laterally to generate solutions which have the desired impact
  • Very methodical and accurate, displaying a strong desire for high quality
