Position Overview

This position will support the Global Citizenship department within the Company's Global Impact and Communications Division.  The role is based out of our HK office and will report to the Global Citizenship, Worker Well-being Lead for APAC.

The Associate will work with a global team and key cross-functional business partners to support the implementation of the Company’s Global Citizenship, Worker Well-being strategy and drive data collection and analysis for corporate reporting requirements.  Candidate with support team operations in APAC.  This role will have an opportunity to engage with a cross section of supply chain stakeholders to drive positive impact for workers and to participate in broader industry initiatives to scale efforts.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to team goals on human rights, worker well-being, and social impact with a focus on social audit report administration and data management
  • Support human rights due diligence for APAC suppliers by completing social audit reviews, summarizing the reports, and transcribing the appropriate data into IT systems for reporting
  • Monitor corrective action plan (CAP) process for suppliers including data entry to update the status
  • Lead audit scheduling and coordination with 3rd party audit firms and monitor global audit schedule against the global audit plan
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Run reports on supplier performance and audit ratings to build dashboards for cross functional partners
  • Support tracking of activities on HRDD for APAC supply chain
  • Conduct data analysis on audit trends and grievance data
  • Provide data analysis to support global human rights risk assessments
  • Manage invoicing and data tracking for audit invoices
  • Design and develop dynamic PowerPoint communications to present data in an easy-to-understand format 
  • Master the functionality of various IT platforms used by the Company to support other team members to access data  
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed
  • Work with global team across multiple time zones
