Position Overview
As part of the Munich-based multi-functional team, the role focuses on growing Ralph Lauren's visibility across German and Nordic digital platforms through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will lead both internal and external communications, developing marketing campaigns and optimizing e-commerce experiences to deliver elevated brand presentation across all channels.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Drive marketing strategies for Germany Pure Players & Nordic markets, leading partnerships with key accounts like Zalando and About You
- Direct marketing investments and brand elevation initiatives across digital platforms, ensuring premium positioning and ROI
- Spearhead digital transformation and innovation across wholesale partner platforms
- Identify and implement emerging e-commerce trends including social commerce, livestreams, and virtual stores
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 3, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Build strategic relationships with cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive omnichannel strategies that drive business growth
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in luxury/premium fashion, with focus on e-commerce
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, campaign development, and data-driven optimization
- Strong understanding of German digital landscape and consumer behavior
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English; Nordic language skills a plus
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
