Position Overview


This role sits within RL’s Strategy & Planning center of excellence with dual reporting into our Global Sustainability function.


  • External Sustainability Reporting and Disclosures
  • Goal Setting & Metric Reviews
  • Quarterly Business Reviews and Board of Directors Updates, Regular Investor Summaries and
  • Internal Town Hall & External Summits


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the global adoption of data governance procedures, collection, analysis controls and guidelines for all sustainability related data.

  • Work with Sustainability Team and external consultants (where established) to measure and analyze environmental impact data, including energy, GHG emissions, waste, water, use of more sustainable materials and packaging.

    • Own the development and integration of the processes and tools needed to establish ongoing information management in the form of queries and reports.
      • Support all environmental data disclosures for GRI, SASB, Higg BRM, Corporate Sustainability Assessment, CDP Water and Climate and other prioritized ratings and rankings.
      • Track associated key actions taken in response to KPI trends

      Experience, Skills & Knowledge

      •  Demonstrated planning & analysis skills (supply chain or retail experience preferred)
      • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic and tactical results from inception to completion
      • Proven verbal and written communication skills, presenting to senior executives
